Flexicover
Flexicover is made in the same way as hardcover: by wrapping and gluing covermaterial around art board. The book with such cover has in comparison with paperback such advantages as - longer duration of use, and better look of the book during use.
Very thin books - 3 mm!
Books for the small children are usually small. But small chidren are learning the world. They have to watch beautiful colour pictures of animals, princes, fairy heroes and even worlds. Sometimes it can happen that a child tears a book because it dont like piture or event in this book. Adults also tear books - but only for test - to get to know how much force you need to tear a book to manufacture a book you are not able to tear. It is wery good idea to produce thin books for the children - beceuse it is easier to read or watch pictures in this book, hardcover for a book is also very important - to tear hardcover is much more difficult as paperback
Adhesive binding
We use two-shot system for adhesive binding. The glue is supplied from Germay manufactured by firma Fuller. The company manufacturer of the glue vists our enterprise to give us recommedations about the types of glue for different processes of book manufacturing.
